After you have provided us with your sample, it will be sent off to the laboratory at the General Hospital.
When we receive the results, a GP will review it within 7 working days and send you an SMS text message with the outcome.
You can also access your test results, once reviewed by the GP, via your online account.
If you have not heard back from us within a week, it is important that you call us on 023 8001 0048 so that we can follow these up with the lab.
